What does the Business Grant Support cover?
Business Grant supports pre-approved digital solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Funding applies only to the items included in the approved package. If you require additional modules or enhancements, we can advise on a seperate scope, and our team can review your package with you.
When can the project began, and can the quotation be changed later?
Implementation can begin only after your Grant application is approved. No changes can be made to the quotation once it has been submitted. Any additional items need to be quoted seperately and subject to IMDA's approval.
Can my business apply for more than one Business Support Grant solution?
Yes, companies may submit multiple Business Support Grant applications as long as each solution serves a different business function or is deployed at a different location. All applications remain subject to Business support grant annual grant cap.
How long does approval take?
Most applications take 4-6 weeks to be reviewed. The timeline depends on the accuracy of the submitted documents and submission volume. We help ensure submissions are complete to avoid unnecessary delays.
What happens after project goes live?
Once implementation is completed and the system is operational, you may submit your Grant claim through the Business Grants Portal. We will provide the required documents and our grant consultant will assist you with the claim process.
